We had the stretchy ice cream and it was decadent & rich. My daughter had the ice cream in a waffle cone and the cones tasted fresh with the perfect crunch. We definitely recommend this ice cream spot. There are tables inside and outside. Great spot to meet with others for a sweet dessert!

Retains the stretchy goodness that is Rhukab's Icecream in Ramallah, Palestine but without the humongous menu and thus more streamlined ordering experience. There's an assortment of booza (stretchy ice cream) and gelato as well as smoothies. The booza and gelato were both excellent. The Pistachio is light and subtle as well as the Rose Water. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed his cherry gelato on a waffle cone so this is kid tested as well.

I've been wanting to try stretchy ice cream ever since watching a documentary on it a few years back so I was excited to see we were finally getting a shop. The location is easy to find but the parking lot is small. Very friendly staff. The ice cream's flavor profile was good but not my favorite, I like super creamy ice cream and their style of ice cream seems to favor lower cream content so it tasted icier.
